Refund Policy

We provide a full refund of both the Programme Price and first month subscription fee to any customer who cancels their purchase on or before the 14th day after date of purchase (cancellation period) unless they have given their positive consent to use the digital programme during the ‘cancellation period’.

You will be asked upon first login to Smart Charts to give your express consent to use the digital content. If you click Accept you immediately lose your right to cancel the Programme. If you do not wish to give express consent do not click, ‘accept’ and exit Smart Charts instead.

For the avoidance of doubt if you access the Programme materials then you will immediately lose your right to cancel the contract. If you don’t want to lose your cancellation right then you must not access the Programme during your 14 day cancellation period
